Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of jorgesalgadomiranda.com and the repository that hosts its source code. By browsing the site, downloading a CV, booking a call, or forking the template repo, you accept them.
1. Content ownership
All textual copy, photographs, testimonials, case-study metrics, CV PDFs and the Open Graph social card are the property of Jorge Salgado Miranda, all rights reserved. You may not reproduce them on another site or in a derivative work without written permission.
2. Source code license
The HTML structure, CSS, JavaScript, CI workflows and deploy scripts are released under the MIT License with the attribution conditions stated in the repo README. In summary: you may fork, modify and use commercially; you must replace the identity (name, photos, CVs, case studies); you must keep a visible credit line back to the source.
3. Free 30-min review offer
The landing advertises a complimentary 30-minute technical review covering architecture, security, performance or cost topics. The review is informal consultation, is provided without warranty, and does not create a consulting engagement. Written deliverables, remediation work or ongoing involvement are out of scope and require a separate agreement through Capdesis.
4. Engagements through Capdesis
Paid work and recurring engagements are invoiced by Capdesis. Any written agreement, SOW, NDA or MSA you sign will be with Capdesis as the contracting party, governed by its own terms. This site is the discovery front door, not the commercial surface.
5. No warranty on the site itself
The site is provided "as is". I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from bugs. If something is broken, email me and I will usually fix it within 24 hours.
6. Third-party services
The site relies on Cloudflare (edge), Hostinger (origin), Web3Forms (contact form), Cal.com (bookings), Umami (analytics) and the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. Their terms apply when you interact with them through this site.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use this site to harvest personal data, impersonate me, run automated mass requests, or republish content under your own name without the conditions in section 2 and the README.
8. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from this site or its content is governed by the laws of Mexico. Venue: courts of Mexico City, unless a written contract with Capdesis specifies otherwise.
9. Changes
I may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Estos términos rigen tu uso de jorgesalgadomiranda.com y del repositorio que aloja su código fuente. Al navegar el sitio, descargar un CV, agendar una llamada o hacer fork de la plantilla, los aceptas.
1. Propiedad del contenido
Todo el texto, fotografías, testimonios, métricas de case studies, CVs en PDF y la tarjeta social Open Graph son propiedad de Jorge Salgado Miranda, todos los derechos reservados. No puedes reproducirlos en otro sitio ni en obras derivadas sin permiso escrito.
2. Licencia del código fuente
La estructura HTML, CSS, JavaScript, workflows de CI y scripts de deploy se liberan bajo Licencia MIT con las condiciones de atribución declaradas en el README del repositorio. En resumen: puedes hacer fork, modificar y usar comercialmente; debes reemplazar la identidad (nombre, fotos, CVs, case studies); debes mantener una línea de crédito visible hacia la fuente.
3. Revisión gratuita de 30 minutos
El landing ofrece una revisión técnica gratuita de 30 minutos sobre arquitectura, seguridad, performance o costos. Es una consulta informal, se ofrece sin garantía y no crea un engagement de consultoría. Entregables escritos, trabajo de remediación o involucramiento continuo quedan fuera de alcance y requieren un acuerdo separado vía Capdesis.
4. Contrataciones vía Capdesis
El trabajo pagado y los engagements recurrentes se facturan a través de Capdesis. Cualquier acuerdo escrito, SOW, NDA o MSA que firmes será con Capdesis como parte contratante, bajo sus propios términos. Este sitio es la puerta de entrada, no la superficie comercial.
5. Sin garantía sobre el sitio
El sitio se ofrece "tal cual". No garantizo disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni ausencia de bugs. Si algo está roto, escríbeme por correo y lo resuelvo en menos de 24 horas la mayoría de las veces.
6. Servicios de terceros
El sitio se apoya en Cloudflare (edge), Hostinger (origen), Web3Forms (formulario de contacto), Cal.com (reservas), Umami (analítica) y el beacon de Cloudflare Web Analytics. Sus respectivos términos aplican cuando interactúas con ellos a través de este sitio.
7. Uso prohibido
No uses este sitio para recolectar datos personales, suplantarme, correr requests automatizados en masa, ni republicar el contenido bajo tu propio nombre sin cumplir la sección 2 y el README.
8. Jurisdicción
Cualquier disputa derivada del sitio o su contenido se rige por las leyes de México. Tribunales competentes: de la Ciudad de México, salvo que un contrato escrito con Capdesis disponga lo contrario.
9. Cambios
Puedo actualizar estos términos en cualquier momento. La fecha de "Última actualización" arriba refleja la versión vigente. Continuar usando el sitio tras un cambio significa que aceptas los nuevos términos.
